Please read these terms and conditions before using FHQ Family History Shop, these are the Terms and Conditions by which Family History Quests sells products and services.
 
By using Family History Quests, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
 
From time to time I may modify these Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, please continue to review the Terms and Conditions whenever accessing or using Family History Quests.
 
Any agreement for me to sell you goods is made on these Terms and Conditions.
 
The description of goods, price, currency, VAT and delivery costs are set out on the order page.
 
I suggest that you keep a soft or hard copy of the Terms for reference purposes.
I aim to dispatch online orders within 2 working days depending on the items ordered. If I am unable to dispatch within 2 working days I will email the you with a reason for the delay and a date for dispatch.  
For orders placed in person at events I attend or via the postal system will be processed and dispatched within 4 working days if I am unable to do so I will contact the you with an explanation and a date for dispatch.
 
Note if a cheque needs to clear items will not be dispatched until this has happened, I will notify you when this has happened with a date for dispatch.
 
I offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all items which are defective.
 
By using this site, placing an order or submitting a purchase order means you accept of the terms and conditions of Family History Quests. Your statutory rights are not affected.
 
I pride myself on the service I give customers of Family History Quests and aim that  you are satisfied with the quality of goods you purchase and the customer service you receive.
 
Should you be unsatisfied with the quality of an item purchased through Family History Quests or if it is faulty or you receive the wrong item I ask that you contact me within 24hours so that I can rectify the problem. I will then arrange either for a replacement or a refund once the item has been returned to me.
 
Should you change your mind about buying an item once it is received I will be happy to offer you a refund you on condition that the item has been unopened (if in a sealed box or sleeve), is undamaged and I am contacted within 24hours of receipt. A refund in these circumstances is minus postage (if originally charged) and any transaction costs.
